Straight answers.
Yes. Rarity sets each slot's share of the 80% budget, and that budget buys assets at market prices through public pools. Nothing here is a return promise. The odds are above, and the same table lives in the contract.
Yes. They sit in your vault from the moment the draft opens. Withdraw any card or all five whenever you like. A withdrawn draft leaves the league and forfeits any prize it has not claimed yet, so claim first; nothing else changes.
After the target block the seed becomes public and anyone, including you, can open it. After 256 blocks a full refund is available. The keeper's key has no access to funds, only gas.
At open, oracle prices are snapshotted for all five assets. Your score is the weighted change to the epoch's close prices, each slot weighted by its share at snapshot time. The next week you race again at half weight.
